Arrow is the broad-spectrum grassy weed herbicide that simplifies weed control in canola, pulses, flax and other broadleaf weed crops.
Grassy weed control at a fair price: Same control as Centurion and Select, but at a fair price.
Weeds controlled:
|
Barnyard grass Fall panicum Green foxtail Large crabgrass Persian darnel Proso millet Quackgrass (suppression) Smooth crabgrass |
Volunteer barley Volunteer canaryseed Volunteer corn Volunteer oats Volunteer wheat Wild oats Witchgrass Yellow foxtail |
Control wild oats: Wild oats are tough competitors in canola and pulses. Clean up on those weeds with Arrow.
Return on investment: Just one wild oat per square foot can cut canola yield by 10%, and flax yields by 19%. Target those grassy weeds with Arrow, and save more of your crop’s yield potential.
Group 1 mode of action: Arrow can be an important herbicide to use in managing Group 2 herbicide resistance.
Wide window of application: Apply to grassy weeds from the 2 to 6 leaf stage. Best results are observed when treated at the 2 to 3 leaf stage.
Tank-mixable for one-shot weed control: Arrow has the flexibility to tank-mix with several herbicide partners, depending on the crop and targeted weed.
Easy to use: Arrow is conveniently packaged in a 3-litre jug together with a second jug of X-Act® adjuvant, all in one case, to conveniently treat 20, 40 and 60 acres, depending on the rate.
Application and Use Guidelines:
Crop staging: Most crops are tolerant at all stages, so target applications at the optimum weed stage. Refer to product label for specific crop stage timing. Always adhere to the pre-harvest interval for each crop.
Convenient rates: For light infestations, apply 50 mL/acre (60 acres/case). For moderate infestations and Persian darnel control, 80 mL/acre (40 acres/case). Consult label for complete rate recommendations.
Cover ground fast: Spray using 20 to 40 L/acre of water. Use higher volumes for dense weed infestations or dense crop canopies.
Crop safe: Arrow is crop safe in the following crops:
| Bean | Lentil | Onion | Seedling alfalfa |
| Canola | Linola™ | Pea | Soybean |
| Chickpea | Mustard | Potato | Sunflower |
| Flax |
Mixing instructions: Use the adjuvant X-Act at recommended rates.
Beat the weather: Arrow is rainfast in one hour.
Tank-mixes: Arrow can be tank-mixed in:
- Canola: Lontrel® or Muster®
- CLEARFIELD® canola only: imazethapyr
- Liberty Link® canola only: Liberty®
- Field pea: imazethapyr
- Flax including low linolenic acid varieties: bromoxynil & MCPA ester (Badge®), Curtail® M or MCPA ester
- Flax: Lontrel
- Solin (low linolenic flax): bromoxynil & MCPA ester (Badge®)
