Group 3 mode of action: Bumper has broad-spectrum, systemic activity on leaf diseases. It provides excellent leaf surface protection, and penetrates and translocates within the plant to prevent disease development.
Protect the flag leaf: In cereal crops, protecting the flag leaf from disease maximizes yields. Bumper is particularly effective at protecting the flag leaf with its preventive and systemic actions.
Resistance management: Bumper is in the triazole family, which has a lower potential for resistance development than other families of fungicides.
Easy to use: Bumper is conveniently packaged in 4.8-litre containers to reduce handling. At full rate, one jug treats approximately 40 acres. That’s 40% more than the 25 acres that a 5-litre jug of Tilt treats. And at the preventative half rate, one jug of Bumper covers 80 acres.
Tank-mixes: Bumper can be mixed with one of either 2,4-D amine, MCPA amine, or Badge® in wheat and barley. Bumper can be tank-mixed with Horizon® in wheat, and mixed with Matador® or Ripcord® in corn.
